Download Icloud On Macbook Pro

I had a similar issue on a brand new MacBook Pro 2020. After reformatting, signing in and out, using the suggestions above I've had to escalate to Apple support. They said it might be a provisioning issue and to wait overnight to see if it changes. On iCloud.com, all folders and files are accessible like they should. The Desktop and Documents folders on my iPad Pro and iPhone are working and in sync with iCloud.com, as they should as well. I've had a phone call with Apple Support today of one hour and eighteen minutes.

You are using Snow Leopard, and iCloud needs OS X Lion or Mountain Lion.

How Do I Download Icloud On Macbook Pro

First, check that your MacBook Pro is supported > http://www.apple.com/osx/specs Then, open the App Store and purchase Mountain Lion. While it's being downloaded, make a backup of your data and check that your data is compatible > http://www.roaringapps.com

When the download finishes, the OS X Mountain Lion installer will appear, so follow the steps. After upgrading, go to System Preferences > iCloud, and follow its steps.

If your Mac isn't compatible with OS X Mountain Lion, see if you can run Lion > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4949 If you can, call Apple to purchase Lion > http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
